October 2023 by Odfjell Oceanwind, announcing that Mitsui O.S.K. Lines Ltd
(“MOL”) has become an important shareholder and strategic partner following a
private placement.
OTL ownership in Odfjell Oceanwind remains materially unchanged due to the
conversion of convertible loans given throughout 2022 and 2023.
The transaction strengthens Odfjell Oceanwind’s position as a global leader in
floating offshore wind technologies.
