Job Description
- Take the lead in the services and maintenance of relevant product line equipment
- Take the lead in preparing documentation including, not limited, to build sheets, strip down sheets and fault reports
- Requisition of necessary equipment and services
- Manage the cleanliness and order in the workshop
- Other tasks as assigned
Key Responsibilities:
Performance responsibilities for position
- Deliver the company’s products/services by the agreed quality, cost and delivery time
- Correctly prioritize to ensure the equipment is delivered according to given deadlines, and necessary quality control is carried out according to internal and external requirements, regulations, and policies
- Follow rules and procedures, as well as reacting to and reporting incidents, dangerous behavior, and dangerous conditions
- Ensure maintenance is planned and executed according to established processes and standards
- Ensure that our maintenance system, IFS, is used according to procedures and routines
Personnel responsibility
- Be a good example and role-model for your employees

- Emphasize wanted behaviour and make action to unwanted behaviour (consequence management)
- Delegate, motivate, and communicate clearly in daily work
- Aim for giving all employees challenging tasks related to their area of responsibility
- Build a culture for continuous improvement of safety and quality
- Manage the performance of employees as per the company’s recommended framework
- Proactively drive the development plan of your employees
- Assess the need and approve overtime only when business requirements warrant it
- Check and approve expense claims and time booking of direct reports as per the company’s policy
Strategy, action plan and procedures
- Continuously improve and update procedures and routines for the department, as well as implement and follow up actions to secure high quality on our services and deliveries
- Joint responsibility for preparing and following up goals and action plans for the entire workshop
Client relations (internal and external)
- Contribute to provide excellent customer service
Social responsibilities
- Contribute to create a good working environment
- Contribute to recommend improvements, as well as record discrepancies with suggestions for corrective measuresWork with management to develop own expertise
Systems
- Follow all applicable instructions and procedures to maintain a good quality and effectiveness of the work
- Use the systems and programs required and authorized by the company
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:
- Mechanical craft certificate, other technical/mechanical education or long relevant experience may compensate for lack of craft certificate
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
- Good written and oral English skills
