About The Role:

Are you an experienced Well Bore Cleanout (WBCO) Supervisor looking for your next challenge? This is your opportunity to play a key role in driving operational excellence while working on cutting-edge well intervention projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

🔹 Provide expert technical support to MEAA WS Operations teams, ensuring smooth and efficient interventions.
🔹 Lead and oversee wellbore cleanout operations onshore and offshore, ensuring safety and performance.
🔹 Prepare and review operational procedures & tenders (technical and commercial).
🔹 Perform software modeling for Torque & Drag and hydraulic displacements.
🔹 Mentor and train teams, sharing your expertise to build future talent.
🔹 Conduct workshop audits & failure investigations, ensuring high operational standards.
🔹 Represent the company in DWOPs, CWOPs, and client technical meetings to drive collaboration.
🔹 Support rig site/offshore operations when required, ensuring top-tier service delivery.
🔹 Contribute to product development & innovation, shaping the future of WBT and other product lines.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in WBCO operations at a Supervisor level.
✔️ Extensive track record in onshore & offshore well intervention projects.
✔️ Strong technical expertise in well completion, workover, and abandonment procedures.
✔️ Understanding of whipstock operations (a plus!).
✔️ Deep knowledge of QHSE standards & risk management in well intervention.
✔️ Excellent communication skills – both verbal & written in English.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
✔️ A proactive leader with a passion for innovation & continuous improvement.
