We’re looking for an experienced Fishing Supervisor to joinour fast-paced and demanding operations in Turkmenistan. This is a tough workenvironment. It’s not for the faint-hearted. What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead operations—supervise andexecute fishing jobs with precision and safety.
✅ Ensure equipment readiness—rig up, test, and deploy tools to clientspecifications.
✅ Take full accountability—own the service delivery process from start to finish.
✅ Identify and mitigate risks—proactively address operational hazards.
✅ Coach & mentor—guide junior team members and act as a role model.
✅ Interface with clients—collaborate effectively with rig personnel and companyrepresentatives.
✅ Problem-solve in real time—develop contingency plans and adjust job programs asneeded.
✅ Drive HSE excellence—ensure compliance with safety and quality initiatives.
Who Should Apply?
💪 Experiencedprofessionals – Minimum 5+ years in fishing services, including offshoreoperations.
