Job Description
Odfjell Technology is a market leader committed to expanding and diversifying our product portfolio in line with our strategic growth objectives. We are currently seeking Senior Design Engineers to lead development projects from initial concept through to manufacturing. In this impactful role, you will collaborate closely with our operations teams and Product Line Managers to design and develop customized solutions. Your contributions will play a key role in driving our technological advancement and supporting our ongoing growth journey.
In this role you will:

Typical tasks will include:
• Lead & manage technical development projects from concept to manufacturing and implementation
• Lead prototype assembly and testing on assigned projects
• Ensure effective and value adding communication with global teams and key accounts
• Lead development studies, simulations and testing
• Oversea and maintain technical documentation
• Work on continuous improvement in all parts of the value chain
The ideal candidate possess:
• Creative mindset and problem-solving capabilities
• Committed, positive & a valued team player
• Track record and background in product design
• Experience in CFD, FEA analysis methods
• Good understanding of relevant industry standards
• Ability to deliver projects from conception to manufacture and implementation
• Willingness to be a role model and to mentor and develop others
• University degree in relevant field is preferred
