Your main tasks as a Tool Coordinator will be:

  • Follow up customer project/receive request for customer
  • Establish customer order
  • Ensure receipt of customer PO
  • Establish equipment list (recommendation/clarifications)
  • Ensure correct pricing
  • Update customer order when required
  • Prepare necessary reports 
  • Verify that customer PO is in accordance with customer order
  • Update customer orders when required
  • Reserve equipment in customer order
  • Establish picklist
  • Handle transfers of equipment between OWS locations
  • Hire In equipment from 3rd party/establish requisition
  • Coordinate transfer of equipment between customer orders
  • Follow up unreturned equipment
  • Ensure correct on/off hire dates
  • Coordinate mobilization of equipment
  • Order transport
  • Offer equipment beyond contract
  • Establish customer order
  • Establish requisitions for cost related to mobilization/demobilization
  • Ensure customer order is ready for invoicing
  • Follow  up Synergy registered
  • Participate in tender process
  • Prepare documentation package if needed
  • Other tasks as assigned

 

Our preferred candidate has the following skills and qualifications:

  • Preferably education within logistics
  • Min. 5 years industry experience
  • Knowledge of drilling related equipment
  • Accurate, systematic and have good sense of order
  • Good written and oral English skills
