Your main tasks as a Tool Coordinator will be:
- Follow up customer project/receive request for customer
- Establish customer order
- Ensure receipt of customer PO
- Establish equipment list (recommendation/clarifications)
- Ensure correct pricing
- Update customer order when required
- Prepare necessary reports
- Verify that customer PO is in accordance with customer order
- Update customer orders when required
- Reserve equipment in customer order
- Establish picklist
- Handle transfers of equipment between OWS locations
- Hire In equipment from 3rd party/establish requisition
- Coordinate transfer of equipment between customer orders
- Follow up unreturned equipment
- Ensure correct on/off hire dates
- Coordinate mobilization of equipment
- Order transport
- Offer equipment beyond contract
- Establish customer order
- Establish requisitions for cost related to mobilization/demobilization
- Ensure customer order is ready for invoicing
- Follow up Synergy registered
- Participate in tender process
- Prepare documentation package if needed
- Other tasks as assigned
Our preferred candidate has the following skills and qualifications:
- Preferably education within logistics
- Min. 5 years industry experience
- Knowledge of drilling related equipment
- Accurate, systematic and have good sense of order
- Good written and oral English skills
