QHSE Manager Jack-Ups

DUTIES/TASK

  • QHSE Manager Jack-Ups, supporting all operations, projects, services and management connected to this
  • Discipline responsible health, hygiene and working environment for Operations, ref separate role descriptions for discipline responsible.
  • Act as Authority contact for all operations, ref separate role description.
  • Assistant designated person according to ISM code for jack-ups
  • Update and develop procedures according to internal, client or regulatory requirement according to level structure in the CMS system, and ensure effective control, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the QHSE Management system for jack-up toward ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 certificates
  • Maintenance of AoC/Safety Case
  • Resourcing and managing the QHSE advisor for jack-ups according to the organizations chart
  • Follow-up working environment/occupational health activities in cooperation with QHSE Advisor, Offshore Nurse and Safety Officer and cooperate closely with the occupational health service
  • Perform, facilitate and follow up audits, risk analyses and investigations on-/offshore
  • Be proactive and keep close dialogue with clients QHSE team
  • Process owner of Sypol/EcoOnline and QHSE e-learning
  • Assist in pre-qualifications and tender deliveries including quality plans and Safety Management System Interface Documents when required
  • QHSE reporting and analysis to management, clients, regulators
  • Emergency Preparedness in line with L2 Emergency Preparedness Manual 

 

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor or Master degree within QHSE/Technical/Maritime discipline with minimum 3-5 years experience QHSE Coordinator
  • QHSE experience in the offshore oil and gas industry
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with Norwegian relevant industry standards, shelf and flag state regulations, ISO 140001 and 9001 and other relevant industry standards 
  • Lead auditor and investigation leader competence
  • Necessary basic training and certifications for offshore visits
  • Good leadership skills
  • Good communication, cooperation, and motivating skills
  • Proficient in use of IT software and IT systems
  • Proficient in Norwegian and English skills
