We are now looking for a QHSE Advisor to join our team in Romania, Ploiesti.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
•Relevant formal background within QHSE, and/or long experience within the same area
•Experience from similar position
•Preferably course in auditing, investigation techniques, risk, basic safety- emergency training and other relevant courses according to the qualification matrix for QHSE personnel
•Proficiency within Microsoft office
•Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
DUTIES/TASKS
•Coordinate QHSE activities according to corporate objectives and KPIs for the region
•Implement and follow up the annual QHSE program in the organization
•Advise the line organization within QHSE and assist the line according to customers and authorities with reporting, prepare presentations and participate in meetings
•Maintain and develop our QHSE management systems in accordance to relevant standards
•Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statistics/reports within QHSE
•Administer, maintain an promote the use of Synergi within Well Services
•Verify that incident reports and non-conformities are followed up
•Verify that corrective and preventive actions are followed up, implemented and verified for effectiveness
•Perform data analysis, report to management and authorities and make experience transfer reports
•Maintain and improve Company Management System for the region
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Performance responsibilities for position
•Assist with performing and following up yearly QHSE programs and action plans
•Perform, facilitate and participate in risk analyses, including management of change
•Participate in tender team and prepare QHSE input to tenders
•Perform and assist in internal QHSE inspections and audits and following up the audit plan
•Perform and assist in incident investigations, including root cause analysis
•Ensure compliance with HSE legislation, rules and directives for the region and monitor changes
•Assist with training and communication within QHSE
•Proactively work towards continuous improvement in all processes
