Project Engineer – OTI

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the conception, estimation and scoping of new projects
  • Create and maintain project plans
  • Track, expedite and communicate project delivery
  • Review and recommend Subcontract/Sub-vendor quotes
  • Coordinate the investigation, resolution and documentation of Quality cases in a timely and technically acceptable fashion
  • Contribute to project close out reports
  • Contribute to the development of systems and improvement in working practices and processes
  • Travel both nationally and internationally as required by company

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:

  • Higher education in Engineering or relevant subject. Long experience can compensate for lack of a theoretical education
  • Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience
  • Good general technical understanding
  • Proficient in reading Engineering drawing
  • Accurate, systematic and have a good sense of order
  • Good knowledge of IT tools and systems within area of responsibility
  • Good knowledge of English, both written and oral, including excellent presentation skills

  • Be fully familiar and conversant with department and company policies, procedures and processes, ensuring all work and actions undertaken are in full compliance at all times

  •  Contribute to provide excellent customer service
