QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or any related field.
· Has at least three (3) years of relevant work experience in systems, process, logistics preferably in a Global Business Services or shared services setting.
· Has experience working in a multicultural environment, experience in shared services environment is an advantage.
· Knowledge in ERP system (Data Management Library/DOCS).
· Familiarity with IFS is an advantage. Skilled in Microsoft Office tools and Adobe Acrobat
· Experience in equipment, workshop and logistics is an advantageous, but not required.
· Detailed oriented, committed to meeting deadlines.
· Business-focused, results driven and with familiarity with international business operations.
· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal with stakeholders.
· Good at presenting and conveying information effectively.
· Willingness to work on mid shift and holidays as needed.

DUTIES/TASKS
· Provide support to Well Services operational across Europe, Middle East and Asia.
· Ensures compliance with standard procedures when processing Well Services related equipment reports in ERP system. (IFS)
· Assist workshop, logistic and operations coordinator in ensuring completion of all relevant documentation.
· Assist and support for offsite logistics including preparing Return Ticket / Delivery Note for dispatched equipment and ensuring proper certification and documentation upon return.
· Provide report and graph analysis of TRS global.
· Processing off hiring connected to invoicing of equipment.
· Set-up maintenance plan through IFS system.
· Review, conducts quality checks and processes all reports related to equipment, contribute to efficiency improvement and equipment specifications processing.
· Participates in the preparation for Mobilizing / Demobilizing equipment.
· Participate and handle projects and tasks assigned by line supervisor.
· Expected to provide support at any time during their shift, often with short notice, to fulfill job responsibilities.
· Perform other related tasks and duties that may be required from time to time.
· Other tasks as assigned.
