About this Role

We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join ourgrowing team. This role will be based in Kuwait. 

What You Will Do

·     Liaise with Operations Team and Field Personnel to obtain key documents for system/Invoicing updates
·     Review documents such as service tickets, delivery tickets and return tickets, inspection, reports and rechargeable invoices from suppliers in order to calculate rental/back charges etc.
·     Review and verify accuracy of job data and revise any errors.
·     Review draft Invoices and liaise with logistics/invoice teams for any corrections
·     Maintain records of invoices and support documents.
·     Maintain record amounts due from customers.
·     Contact customers in order to obtain or relay account information.
·     Answer mails and telephone inquiries regarding rates, routing and procedures.
·     Maintain daily contact with clients, deal with any invoicing queries, and pass on information to the Sales and Operations
·     Attend all required meetings with clients and ensure that all reports for the client are done to the highest quality and submitted on time
·     Monitor and record all approval forms sent to drilling teams and ensure it is signed off for final invoicing
·     Liaise with clients to ensure that any alternate contractor approval forms are processed
·     Ensure all final service documentation is signed off before submitting PR invoices

What You Will Need to Succeed

·     Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
·     Experience in material administration, forwarding of goods and clearance course is an advantage
·     Accurate, systematic, and has a sense of order
·     Good written and oral English skills
