Operational Planner

Odfjell Technology’s platform portfolio is growing and we need operational planners for optimising our operations. The positions will be based at the Client’s premises in Bergen and work closely with the client and the Odfjell Technology rig team – both on- and offshore. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in planning of drilling and completion operations
  • Participate in planning of drilling programs and risk registers
  • Prepare detailed operating procedures in cooperation with Client and Main Service Provider
  • Daily planning of drilling equipment mobilisation
  • Contribute to enhancing performance, learning and improvement

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience with offshore platform operations
  • 3+ years experience with offshore platform supervision/management
  • Relevant formal education, such as relevant engineering degree or technical college
  • Valid well control certificate
