We currently have an opening for the position of MMS Co-ordinator within our Operations department in Aberdeen.
The main responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following tasks:
- Provide ongoing support and liaison between Odfjell onshore and offshore personnel, the SAP maintenance system, the client, and various help desks.
- Review work orders and adjust in accordance with planning requirements moving status through various stages as required.
- Defer, cancel and re-schedule maintenance work orders to meet operational requirements.
- Review & progress non maintenance work orders.
- Liaise with client planning/maintenance teams to ensure compliance to clients planning process including attending client planning meetings.
- Correctly schedule / re-schedule new and existing maintenance using the CMMS.
- Drilling mode changes between operational and warm stack PM’s.
- Control of user access to CMMS systems as required.
- Supporting offshore/onshore teams in all aspects of SAP problems and enquiries via email and telephone support and liaise with client helpdesk.
- Download data and load into spreadsheets for analysis.
- Support Maintenance Supervisors/Rig Managers with non productive time analysis and create any lessons learned reports as required.
- Support onshore teams with rig upgrade / rig recertification projects including actively contributing to shutdown planning.
- Organise, facilitate & document client meetings as required.
- Co-ordinate the approval of technical update (M5) requests in the CMMS system.
- Implement data changes for drilling in SAP ensuring they are approved and documented.
- Co-ordinate/own the process of training of users in SAP maintenance system.
- Track the progress of materials for repair orders to ensure the repair work order is planned appropriately.
- Assist drilling 3rd party vendors with SAP close outs and requirements.
- Continually assess new tags being entered into the system and review with onshore technical team.
- Along with the technical team ensure the maintenance system and maintenance process are compliant with client performance standard requirements.
- Ensure safety critical work orders/required end dates are monitored and work highlighted to onshore management if unable to complete.
- Perform any other duties deemed competent to perform where directed by management.
- Familiarise with company management system.
- Promote the use of all company safety tools and initiatives.
The successful candidate must have the following:
- The right to work in the UK
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Ideally have previous drilling experience
- Must have maintenance and computerised maintenance systems experience
- Must have the ability to liaise effectively with offshore teams and onshore management
