Logistic/ Accounts Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITY:

Coordination:

  •  Receive and handle customer orders according to contract, hereunder distribution of Call-off/PO
  • Collaborate with transport providers together with Operations departments to collect related information/ documents
  • Prepare pick-list for workshop based on customer’s order
  • Coordinate equipment to/from rig, hereunder make sure that correct equipment is delivered to correct address at agreed time.
  • Order inspection, repair and transport of equipment, hereunder control of invoice.
  • Follow-up of customers and suppliers
  • Make quotes and follow-up up contracts
  • Rental and return of 3rd party equipment, hereunder defining rental start and -stop
  • Organize equipment annual stock count process and input findings in IFS system


Logistics:

  •  Register all equipment movement ( incl. 3 party equipment) in and out, hereunder;
  • Write distribute and archive return and delivery tickets.
  • Prepare all necessary import/export customs documents and manage the relationship with customs authorities, customers, suppliers, ICo partners
  • Receive and register new equipment for the warehouse
  • Send updated lists over rented equipment to customers regularly
  • Filing
  • Other odd jobs related to the position


Documentation:

  •  Follow up documentation on new equipment
  • Receive and file equipment documentation
  • Register all equipment movement in IFS system
  • Prepare and deliver equipment documentation acc. to customer’s requirements
  • Maintain and develop good relations and good service towards our customers and suppliers
  • Follow rules and procedures, react and report incidents, dangerous behavior and dangerous situations.
  • Continuously improve and update procedures and routines for the department. Implement and follow-up actions to ensure high quality in our services and deliveries.

Competencies requirements

Relevant formal background at BCh level, alternatively long relevant experience

  • Min. 3 years experience from similar position
  • Preferably knowledge within drilling equipment
