We are looking for someone who has
- Currently taking up bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, and another related field.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Has basic understanding in local law legislations and its related implementation.
- Has basic understanding in data analytics and can translate data into action.
- With good interpersonal to form effective working relationships with people in the organization and professional communication skills to work effectively with individuals and teams of staff with different levels of technical knowledge.
- Structured, accurate, systematic, and committed to deliver within deadlines.
- Has result-oriented mindset.
- Has good oral and written communication skills in English language.
