Job Description

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate employment life cycle data changes such as but not limited to onboarding, new hire registration, job detail changes/ movements, competency/training requirements, off boarding etc.
  • Facilitate time registration, and travel and bill expenses administration.
  • Assist in creation, maintaining reviewing and updating work instructions.
  • Extract personnel reports, queries and other information from IFS (ERP) system for Line Managers, HR Advisors and relevant stakeholders.
  • Register competence and courses for onshore/offshore personnel in IFS/Cornerstone and other related HR systems.
  • Maintain and update competence e-file for personnel and support in e-docs filling system structure.
  • Create summary reports and presentations of database extractions to Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ensure continuous alignment and improvement of HR processes and practices across the organization.
  • Assist, Support and Collaborate with respective stakeholders for process development, review and enhancement, in compliance with local and international legislations, whenever applicable.
  • Participate in activities related to tasks such as meeting facilitation, training, audit and creation of specific user guides if needed.
  • Create, launch, build and administrate Quest back surveys, when needed
  • Administrating digital applications such as DocuSign and other relevant required digital application.
  • Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time.

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:

  • With a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology and/or related field.
  • With at least three (3) years solid and comprehensive experience of the same capacity.
  • Has experience and knowledge of HR processes, systems and tools within the various stages of the employee lifecycle.
  • Has proven skills in managing, understanding, execution of ERP systems and Microsoft tools, database functionality and reporting.
  • Proficient in employee data management process
  • Experience on travel, time registration and expenses administration
  • Structured, accurate, systematic, plans, aligns and committed to deliver results within deadlines.
  • Ability to take initiative and make sound judgement and recommending decisions
