We are looking for someone who has
- Graduate of bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A master’s degree can be an advantage.
- Proven experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in the relevant industry.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Safran, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and principles
- Has experience working in a multicultural environment, experience in Shared Services environment is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Ability to take initiative and make decisions within the scope, procedure, and guidelines.
- Structured, accurate, systematic, and committed to delivering within deadlines.
- Has result oriented mindset.
- Has good oral and written communication skills in English language
- Motivated to facilitate and contribute to company’s growth.
- Familiar with ERP and with basic knowledge of tools of trade use to perform the job.
Your mission
- Be of support to project work and contribute to the development / implementation of tools and work processes within the area of responsibility.
- Contribute to that at any given time required tasks are carried out in accordance with the requirements, specifications, and schedule.
- Participate in CTR activities and tenders both in studies and projects.
- Participate in and manage project planning, execution, and evaluation of projects.
- Participate in reporting and check of reports, documents, and drawings.
- Ensure that specific requirements from authorities, client and Odfjell Technology’s are accommodated.
- Report cost, progress, and deviations in project to client and Section Leader
- Preparations of project plans
- Establish and perform progress planning with trends and consequence analysis.
- Participate in bids and tendering work.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software (e.g., Safran, Primavera, Microsoft Project).
- Work with project stakeholders to define project objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
- Create comprehensive project schedules with clear timelines and resource allocations.
- Monitor and update project schedules regularly to reflect changes and progress.
- Collaborate with project managers to allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, in accordance with project requirements.
- Ensure that resource allocation aligns with project schedules to optimize project efficiency.
- Assist in other departmental and team level projects and tasks.
