Job Description
HR Department Support
- Process visa requirements of all personnel in the work location
- Prepare the payroll inputs of the employees in the work location, including cross-checking of increments claimed, and submit to the HR Manager at the designated payroll deadline each month
- Maintain utilization records of operations personnel
- Assist in the time registration issues of employees in the work location
- Be the focal point of all HR related matters in the work location and escalate employee relations issues to the HR manager for resolution ensure employees in the work location are aware and comply with HR policies and procedures Coordinate the onboarding of joiners and offboarding of leavers in the work location with Head Office HR
- Administer location-specific benefits to employees as applicable
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives in the work location
Operations Department Support
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Team in HR related matters
Office Administration
- Administer the travel requirements of all employees ensuring compliance to the travel and fiscal policies of the company
- Attend to all the administration requirements of the office including managing the office supplies and providing general clerical support to the office personnel
Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure travel requirements of employees are compliant to policy and budgetary requirements of the company
- Maintain an efficient front office service for employees and clients
- Provide timely and efficient HR support service
Client relations (internal and external)
- Contribute to provide excellent customer service

- Emphasize wanted behaviour and react on un-wanted behaviour
- Ensure that all activities are performed according to all relevant HSE requirements and procedures

- Build a culture for continuous improvement of quality, health, safety and environment
Systems
- Follow all applicable instructions and procedures to maintain a good quality and effectiveness of the work
- Use the systems and programs required and authorized by the company
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Proven experience as an administration assistant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Sold written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
