As ONS 2024 rapidly approaches, thousands of delegates will soon gather in Norway for this industry-leading conference to engage in discussions and debates about the future of the energy industry. Odfjell Technology, a key participant, will host a series of informative events for global customers and industry professionals.
Across workshops, technology sessions and post-conference receptions, we will facilitate cross-sector networking and share valuable industry insights. Our overarching theme, Forward Vision, underscores our commitment to proactively shaping a sustainable, efficient and innovative energy future. By emphasising strategic foresight, action and collaboration, we align with this year’s ONS theme: Imagine.
The conference will address critical topics including climate change mitigation and energy security. Active leadership across the sector will be essential in turning these challenges into reality. Notably, technological innovation will play a pivotal role.
In collaboration with Odfjell Oceanwind (located at stand number 3060 at ONS) and Norwegian Energy Partners, our events during the week of ONS 2024 (August 25-29) will provide valuable insights into the technology, equipment and services that Odfjell Technology proudly develops and delivers for our customers.

Forward Vision – Workshop and Technology Sessions
Hosted in our Tananger workshop, we are excited to be opening our doors across three days for industry professionals to tour the facilities and speak directly with our industry experts.
There will be equipment and technology from all Odfjell Technology’s business areas – Projects & Engineering, Operations and Well Services – on display, with product demonstrations to showcase the equipment in-depth.
Those attending the session on Sunday 25 August will also hear from our CEO Simen Lieungh, who will discuss the future trends shaping energy innovation and Odfjell Technology’s vision to support this transition. Members of Odfjell Technology’s corporate management team – Elisabeth Haram, Executive Vice President Well Services; Kurt Meinert Fjell, Executive Vice President Operations; and Anne Siri Sævareid, Executive Vice President Projects & Engineering – will also be in attendance.

Now in its second year, our ONS reception event offers a relaxed networking opportunity for industry professionals to connect in the heart of Stavanger – taking the conversation from the conference into the vibrant setting of the local Citra Restaurant, in the most colourful street of Stavanger – Fargegaten.
